Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

International Shipping

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–20 business days

Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase.

The Urban Nest is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging
